See below options for scheduling various events in your life, whether you need to schedule a Wedding or other building usage , or if you are ready to dive into Baptism.  We hope to be there for you and those you care about.

Weddings

information and pricing

Our pastors can perform weddings for people within and beyond our local church community in our sanctuary, chapel, family life center, or at your other preferred location. Premarital counseling and some level of contact or participation in our congregation is required.


Pricing:

  • Put date on calendar - please call for prices
  • Use of Sanctuary or Chapel (max 40ppl)please call for prices
  • Pastoral fees for in-church wedding - $300
  • Pastoral fees for off-site wedding - $280
  • Additional Pastor - please call for prices
  • Organist - $150
  • Pianist - $150
  • Wedding Coordinator (required) - $200
  • Audio Visual & Lighting Tech - $75
  • Custodial fees - $100
  • Dripless Candles - $21

Prices reflect the use of the church for two hours prior to the wedding, if additional hours are needed there will be a $25 charge per extra hour.

Building Usage

Room Rentals

Contact the church office to discuss using the building for your event. Rooms can be reserved at Columbia Heights for meetings, parties, or other occasions between ministry usage and as the schedule allows.  If you are considering hosting such an event, please call 614.878.4530 or email us at admin@columbiaheightsumc.com.
